Preparation Steps
- In a large saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
- Once the butter is fully melted, add the mini marshmallows. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground allspice, and salt.
- Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Carefully fold in the molasses and vanilla extract.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan and press evenly with a spatula.
- Allow the treats to cool completely, then drizzle with white chocolate chips and sprinkle with colorful holiday sprinkles.
