- In a mixing bowl, stir together the creamy peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, honey or maple syrup, protein powder (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well mixed.
- Using a spoon, fill a cupcake or muffin tin lined with paper cups with the mixture, distributing it evenly.
- Firmly press down each scoop with the back of a spoon to pack them together.
- Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once set, gently remove the oat cups from the tin and store them in an airtight container.
