Ingredients
  

For the marinade
  • 1 medium lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon about 6 ounces each

Method
 

Prepare the marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Bake the salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the marinated salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional dill and lemon slices if desired.
