Prepare the Miso Glaze
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
Prepare the Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
- Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the miso glaze evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake the Salmon
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for a caramelized top.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetables, if desired.
