- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your doughnut pan by lightly greasing it.
- Combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Stir until well-blended.
- Whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fill each cavity of the doughnut pan with the batter, about three-quarters full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a doughnut comes out clean.

- Combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a separate bowl.
