Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
Dressing
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional for richness

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, shredded carrots, and shredded red cabbage.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until all the vegetables are well coated. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
